This fantastic getaway is located in the heart of Indio, close to many of its city and La Quinta locations, surrounded by over a dozen world class golf courses within a 5 mile radius and just over 6, 3 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and just 1.6 miles. miles to the Empire Polo Club.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM:

The kitchen is equipped with new upgraded stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully stocked with various gadgets and plenty of utensils for large groups, all of this and more will exceed all your culinary expectations. The bright white kitchen, airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations, will tempt you to stay in the kitchen.

LIVING OUTDOORS:

Venture out to the outdoor patio for some fun in the sun. Outside, you will enjoy the Californian sun while relaxing by the pool. The large pool and oversized spa are newly constructed, with all new patio furniture, gas grill and charcoal grill. From airy swings to a spacious seating group, a very comfortable daybed, with 7 lounge chairs to choose from for your tan and relaxation and an eight-seat outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, will make the outdoor living a pure pleasure.

The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring.

POOL|SPA:

Salt Water Pool: $100/day (to include spa) up to 82 degrees. (More heat incurs additional charges)

Spa only: $35/day up to 102 degrees. (On request only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all-time high heading into the new year, and we are not profiting from these fees. If you require a heated pool upon arrival, let me know at least 24 hours in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. The pool heating time varies depending on the outside temperature. Pool fees can only be refunded if the heating problem is due to an equipment problem.

The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. If one heats up, the other doesn't. Please let us know when you are finished with the spa so we can maintain the heat in the pool.

**Most of the year heating is not necessary except during the winter months upon request.

Please note that there are no pool heating charges from mid-June to September, only spa heating charges up to 104F. Additionally, this property benefits from weekly pool service provided by Mario on Mondays and Thursdays.

GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:

This home also includes a corn hole, pool floats, various balls and numerous board games (over a dozen + card and drinking games) and the volleyball net above the pool for all your entertainment needs. (A volleyball net is located in the garage and guests who wish to use it can easily set it up for their stay).

BEDROOMS/BATHS:

All 5 bedrooms come ready with linens, plush bedding, and premium mattresses for your comfortable stay. Each of the 3 full bathrooms is fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout the house and in every bedroom and know that you and your friends/family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. These are smart TVs, so all you need to do is connect to your apps and you're set. You'll also stay connected with the fastest, unlimited Wi-Fi included for free.

This house has comfortable rooms, all with their own unique charm. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The room configurations are as follows:

Room 4/1 Large Bed

Bedroom 5/ 1 queen bed

We have a queen inflatable mattress, we also have 2 single folding beds available for your convenience. Air mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.

CAR PARK:

We have 2 parking spaces in the garage, 3 in the driveway and 1 along the property on the street and 2 directly across the property near the cul-de-sac fence (please inquire if unsure). Please do not block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway as the city has the right to issue a fine. Also, please do not park next to neighboring properties.

PETS:

We accept pets! Please let us know in advance if you require any special accommodations. A $200 security deposit is required and if no additional cleaning is left on site, $150 is refunded upon check-out and $50 is assigned to the pet's stay and $25 for each subsequent pet thereafter , at least 24 hours in advance before the arrival date.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you require special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will be happy to assist you AS PER AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75. Payment must be made upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily accommodated as our staff must disinfect and clean properly before the next guests arrive. If we do not have a reservation after yours, we will be happy to accommodate you for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later time or help you extend the day or night to a special rate.

MUSIC:

The City of Indio allows music on cell phones/laptops up to 50 dcbl on the property line. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., minimal noise is permitted during these hours. If using the pool or spa during these hours, please limit noise and for louder chatting or enjoying, take it inside.

PLEASE READ:

Music limits and quiet hours are enforced by city code and we ask that you please respect them in order to fully enjoy the property without interruption, have an enjoyable experience and respect the community around you.

Please note that we have properties on large acreages outside of town where reasonably amplified music can be played and we have a total of 40 other properties in the area that have different ordinances and will accommodate you Consequently. Please inquire.

FESTIVALS:

Please note that for the right group, we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeat guests will be rewarded with a 5-10% discount, depending on the time of year. All festival reservations are non-refundable.

DUTIES AT CHECKOUT: If you would kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, deposit your waste in the trash cans outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

Your stay comes with a 24-hour concierge and a very responsive manager, who does not hesitate to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

TRAVEL ITEMS FOR CHILDREN:

Being a small family business, we love to welcome and accommodate all of our guests, especially our youngest! We provide free packs, games and high chairs to our little guests with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your arrival date.For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children's toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local supplier who can help, and please contact our team for further details . Please note: Fees will apply for items that would be payable directly to the seller.
