STR# RVC-1470. This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath mountain cabin is truly a one of a kind way to experience spring & summertime in Idyllwild. Enjoy your evening on one of the two decks for outdoor grilling/dining or enjoy a serene evening in the hot tub. Conveniently located by private hiking trails that are within walking distance to the cabin, wrap up a long day of hiking by enjoying the mini split AC in the master bedroom with comfortable beds. The amenities are perfect for a summer getaway!

The space

On the outside, the Acorn Lodge features two decks surrounded by pine trees. The front deck features a beautiful new grill, outdoor rustic dining, and comfy morning coffee area while the back deck has a brand new hot tub for 7, propane fire pit, cand group seating around the fire pit for all to enjoy both day and night.

Inside the cabin, you're greeted by a true cabin theme and feel throughout the house. The living room provides a cozy area to play board games, enjoy coffee, or a glass of wine with friends around the wood burning fireplace. In the morning, coffee lovers can enjoy our custom COFFEE BAR featuring a French press, pour over, or standard drip brew, as well as our pancake and waffle makers for breakfast mountain comfort food.

Rest your head at night in two giant master suites, each featuring a king bed and app-ready TV's with premium pillows and sheets. The bunks downstairs are perfect for the little ones to enjoy, and since they are full sized, are restful and comfortable to adults, as weil. All mattresses in the house are brand new 5 layer density foam by Nectar. Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.

For entertainment, The Acorn Lodge has a garage game room with Pop-A-Shot for kids, darts for the adults, and all of the classic board games, and a retro Nintendo classic console with 20+ pre-loaded games including Super Mario Bro's 1, 2 and 3, Tecmo Bowl, Contra, Zelda, Pac Man, Donkey Kong and more. And finally, don't tell anyone, but access to a private neighborhood trail with the best mountain views in all of Idyllwild is just a short walk around the corner. Seriously, this view alone will have you coming back to stay with us for years to come!

SPA:

Spa heating is free of charge! We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 15 - 20 mins to heat up but might take more time in the winter months as it is an above ground spa.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

CHECKOUT DUTIES:

If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

PETS:

We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay.

Other things to note

Daytime music outdoors is only allowed via cell phone or laptop, outdoor speakers are prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are strictly observed and outdoor amenities are to be used only before 10pm. Thank you, for understanding and having this community being a sustainable beautiful tourist spot.
