Stunning high end home in a great, safe gated community of Citrus Club, La Quinta. Close to La Quinta Old Town, Coachella Festival & BNP Tennis Tournaments, best in class golf courses, restaurants, casinos, lounges, shopping & much more. The home is well appointed with all you will need for vacation rental. Pictures do not do justice to this really beautiful resort style home. Home is well equipped for everything you will need in a vacation home. We can negotiate if you are looking multi months.

Welcome to La Quinta Oasis, located in Citrus Club, gated exclusive community in close proximity to La Quinta Old town, where you will find plenty of options for dining and shopping.

UTILITIES: There is a $250 cap on utilities per month, anything beyond that is the renters responsibility.

POOL|SPA:

Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82-83F degrees. (More heat is an additional fee), if used at certain dates. If pool heat is heated continuously, a lower rate can be arranged.

Spa only: $35/daily fee to 104 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL but can easily be turned on when needed.

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to end of May (weather dependent).

***note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Monday and Thursday.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:

Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details . Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

PARKING:

We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway, if you have additional vehicles, please reach out and we will work on accommodating you.

PETS:

We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 for pet's stay, additional pet deposit will requested.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

FESTIVALS:

Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

Your stay is completed with 24 hour concierge and a very responsive owner who does not hesitate to ensure your stay is at most comfort and pleasure.

The Citrus Club is an exclusive luxury community, located in the heart of La Quinta, close to Old Town La Quinta. This is stunning community with citrus trees all around, majestic views of Santa Rosa Mountains and Citrus Golf Course. It is a wonderful community if you like going for walks. The community is gated and very safe. A great place for a vacation home, your home away from home.
