Outdoors is completed with new pool, outdoor kitchen, charcoal BBQ, large outdoor dining and conversation set completed with fire pit. Gameroom has something for everyone: table tennis, hockey table, to billiards & foosball table. Dining table convertible to full poker set with whiskey decanter & proper glassware.

Please note, the two “sofa beds” are rollaway beds (airbnb filter does not have a tab for rollaway beds yet), it is there for your convenience, if needed. They are located in the closet. It is nice memory foam mattresses. Perfect for children or extra guests/traveling groups.

Pool Service is Tuesday and Friday.

POOL|SPA:$100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)

Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. (On demand only, must be turned off after use)

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.

Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.

**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

City of Indio Noise Ordinance

NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS:

City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums,phonograph, television set, loud speakers, soundamplifier or other similar machine or device for the

producing or reproducing of sound in such a manneras to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of anyreasonable person of normal sensitivity in any areaof the city is prohibited.

MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS

Failure to comply with any City ordinance may resultin a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of

multiple short-term rental violations, home ownerscan lose their short-term rental privilege.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:

Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

FESTIVALS:Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
