SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 30-45 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
